There are heaps of things to do and remember Tassie is parochial the "Southerners" (Hobart) dont think anything exists north of Bridgewater (Hobarts northern suburbs) and the Northerners reckon the state would be better off without Hobart!


You are probably too late for the Bridestowe lavender farm (biggest in the southern hemisphere) and too dry for a ride down the rapids at Cataract Gorge but there are lots of great places to go and things to do- too many to name so I have included a couple of links to info on places to go and upcomiing events. I think the first two are the most informative.

Reply:Depends on what you are interested in. The Markets are good on Sat morning. Some nice restaurants and walks...
