Minnesota Ethnic Heritage Events?

In St.Peter MN they had a Native American History event every year. They would have ethnic food there and everything there was like it was back then. Tee pees were up, camp fires buring, it was like you were in their world back then. Are there any other events like this in Minnesota that are fun and historical like that besides the Rennisaunce festival?

Minnesota Ethnic Heritage Events?
Yes, yes, yes.... every year the Star Tribune paper that publishes a list - try their website... there's also the annual

"Festival of Nations"

that takes place in St. Paul, I believe in April or May - it's huge (I've been there a couple of times), and it is quite extensive.

You can also try the Minnesota History Center for events.. this year is MN's 150th anniversary, so there will be a lot going on at the history center, as well as events all around the state.
