Reply:Like the stock market crash in 1929, or Lindbergh's crossing the Atlantic in 1927, the Great Depression of the 1930's, the terrible flu epidemic of 1918, First satellite launched into orbit by the USSR, the first man to walk on the moon, The invention of the transistor which lead to the invention of the computer, I mean you have a lot of significant events over the last 107 years. You need to perhaps narrow your focus a little.

April 14-15 1912 The sinking of Titanic, November 11, 1918 The end of World War 1 September 1, 1939 When Hitler invaded Poland thus igniting WWII, December 7,1941 The attack on Pearl Harbor which brought America into the war, November 22,1963 The assassination of JFK, and of course September 11,2001. Those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. There are hundreds, if not thousands, more.
