I can't think of events in my life? someone help!!?

I'm writing a poem for english where I have to connect 4 events in my life all from different time periods. Does anyone have any methods or ways to remember events in your life? I know it sounds stupid, but I know I have events I can use. I just can't think of them.

I can't think of events in my life? someone help!!?
I found out a lot by simply asking my mom. She would tell me stories that I didn't even remember. After she told me It was easier to recollect. Or go through old photographs and ask about those.
Reply:Hey, no sweat man. Helping idiots is one of the many services I perform for free.

Just use these four events that you're sure to have experienced.

1.) Birth

2.) A really painful poop.

3.) The first time you injured your genitals.

4.) Vomiting.

Alternatively, you can replace one of these events with something more personal, like a humorous trip to the allergist or repressed memories involving a surly clown whose sobriety was greatly called into question by his actions.
Reply:Drink coffee. The caffeine often helps me in times like that.
Reply:to jog your memory, list people --family members, friends, teachers, even pets-- then go down the list and think about more specific events related to each of them. you can do this with places too. the home (or homes) you grew up in, school(s) you attended, sports or activities you participated in, favorite haunts.

try thinking broadly first, then get more specific.

an unusual twist on the assignment might be to include an event from your future (if it's not specified that the life event must be from your past, that is).
Reply:i don't know your age, but i would suggest of using 5years such as 5, 10, 15,20,years of age and just remember simple things like learning to ride a bike, going to the library alone, 8 grade graduation or junior and senior prom at high school. good luck.
Reply:may sound stupid but....think of a time when someone said something to you that made you feel..PROUD..

now try ...Angry and Sad.... ashamed

embarassed Happy etc.........
