I need a subject for my current events homework. It has to be something that happend no longer than a month ago. I want to write about maybe the war or enviromental things that have been happening in the last month. So can anyone give me so info on stuff thats happend in the war in Iraq or any other war in the last month? Or something major that has happend to our enviroment in the last month?

Well since Earth scientists seem to conclude that the earth is losing at least 3 animal, insect, and plant species a DAY you could write your homework on the fact that in the last month or 30 days - our dear earth has lost approximately 90 animals, 90 insects and 90 plant species plus or minus!
