Do you see any difference between these two events?
I find these two events remarkable how about you?
Yep, they happened 18 years apart.
Reply:Remarkable? No! Funny that you are trying to compare complete opposites? Yes and No!
Yes in that the comparison is absurd. No in that United States citizens are offering their lives for rightousness and the well being of a foreign people.
Saddam was a monster! And while I do not believe that his hanging was in the best interests of all involved, he did ask to be judged by his peoples own laws.
President Bush, while I did not vote for the man I must accept the title he holds in office. I do not agree with all of his choices, but I must support my country and the men and women who offer their lives to protect and honor what the USA stands for!
So, Yes! I see a very big difference between these two events.
Thank a vet or a soldier that you have the right to express your opinion in this country!

Reply:EVENT #3. There is a cat 5 Hurricane headed for New Orleans. Ray Nagin leaves hundreds of transit and public school buses to go underwater and more than a thousand of "his" people drown while he is safe and sound.
Do you see any difference between this event and those you've mentioned? I find this pretty remarkable!
